Beyond CKD 12 min de lectura

A curated list of hemodialysis hospitals and clinics in six countries/regions that accept visiting patients, with addresses, short links, fee ranges and booking tips — plus the three most useful international directories.

Verified: 13 October 2026. Compiled from facility websites and international travel-dialysis platforms. Acceptance status, fees and required documents can change at any time — always contact the facility directly before you travel. This site has no affiliation with any facility listed.

How to Use This List

  1. Decide on your city, then pick one primary and one backup facility from the tables
  2. Contact them at least 4–8 weeks ahead by email or web form (large Japanese hospitals often need 14+ days for review)
  3. Prepare the English medical summary, hepatitis reports and dialysis prescription from the travel checklist
  4. Confirm fees and payment method (most require self-pay by cash or card; some accept an insurance Guarantee of Payment)

Checkpoints When Choosing a Facility

  • Infection control: separate machines or isolation area for hepatitis B/C? Single-use consumables?
  • Modality: is HDF available? Dialyzer brand similar to what you're used to?
  • Language: English/Chinese contact or interpreter?
  • Emergency backup: attached to a hospital, or how far to the nearest ER?
  • Reviews: real reviews from the past year on BookDialysis or Google Maps
  • Payment: cash / card / insurance GOP? English receipts for insurance claims?

This list is for information only. It is not medical advice and not an endorsement or guarantee of any facility. Discuss your plans with your dialysis team and confirm the latest details directly with the facility before you travel.
