Server and connection logs: this site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes connection data such as your IP address and browser type for security and performance. The site itself installs no analytics tool (such as Google Analytics) and keeps no per-visitor browsing history.

Information you provide: the name, email and text you submit on the message board (if you sign in with Google, the name and email supplied by Google); when you voluntarily support the site, payment is handled by PayPal, ECPay or your bank — we record only the amount, currency, your message and payment status, never card or bank details.

Data that stays on your device: the travel-dialysis planner, kidney passport, language preference and install-banner dismissal use your browser's localStorage. This data remains on your device and is not sent to our servers.

Administrator cookie: used only for the site owner's admin login; ordinary readers receive no login cookie.

To help cover operating and maintenance costs, this site may show a moderate number of ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) or similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites.

Messages and support records are kept until you ask us to delete them. You may email us at any time to access, correct or delete the data you provided; tool data lives on your device and can be cleared on each tool page.

This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal data.
